We will provide your business with the following services at no additional cost:


  • Audits – we are available to assist you in preparing for your insurance audit. We also request copies of all audits from our insurance companies to review them as to their accuracy. This is often overlooked, but our efforts can save you money.

  • Change request verification – we will mail any requested revisions to your insurance program to you as well as the insurance company. This will allow you to “double check” the request that we received. It also provides you with verification of the changes for your records until the actual endorsement arrives.

  • Confidentially – All financial data and other business information obtained by us from you shall be held in confidence and shall not be made known to other persons, parties, or business without your written permission.

  • Insurance Summary – for your convenience, we will prepare a summary of all your insurance policies and premiums, for a quick review of your policy’s actual coverage, terms, and conditions.

  • Policy review – should we receive an order from you to handle your account, it is very important that coverage is checked to ensure that we deliver what has been proposed to you. In addition to checking coverage, we also make sure that the policies have been properly rated.

  • Renewal services – ninety (90) days prior to your renewal, we will review and update the coverage if necessary, as well as provide loss information should you decide to “market” your insurance program. However, one of the most valuable services we provide is the ability to market insurance on your behalf.
